I used to call these 'Twig Moths' before I found a book on moths - They are quite common and sometimes come into the house.
Information:
Colours vary from a brown to a grey but the 'T' shape and spiked legs are typical. Surprisingly - at rest, as in the photo, the fabric of the wings is rolled up (a bit like a rolled umbrella) which gives it the distinctive twiggy look.
